and Bella finally finds a cafe that serves Earl Grey tea! The Open Hand in Varanasi is a lovely little spot to while away the hours (on the free wifi) and indulge in some non chai-based beverages and a (huge) slice of carrot cake. It's become a running joke between us that every new place we go to Bella skips straight past the 'Sights' and 'Important information' sections of the Lonely Planet and heads straight for 'Eating & Drinking.'
